Are dermal fillers safe?

The risks of dermal fillers depend on whether the procedure is done correctly and the type of HA filler used. This is why it is important to choose an well trained injector with a good knowledge of facial anatomy. Any concerns will be discussed prior to any treatments at your consultation.

Is the dermal fillers procedure painful?

Numbing cream is used 20-30 minutes prior to treatment. The injection itself contains a local anaesthetic, which numbs the injection site and can negate pain during and after the procedure. I pride myself on being a very slow precise injector to limit pain & bruising.
